How to Apply

Candidates interested in the Primary Care Track should indicate their interest on the ERAS application form, using NRMP 1049140M0. The application materials are the same as those required by the Categorical Program.

You are encouraged to submit applications for both the Categorical and Primary Care Programs. Candidates interviewing with the Primary Care Track will participate in one of several interview dates that include an additional Primary Care information session and meeting with the Primary Care Track Program Director. At least one of the faculty interviews will be with a member of the Division of General Internal Medicine.

You only need to complete one interview day to be considered for both the Categorial and Primary Care programs.
